What this site is
Russco University posts its receipts, with the amount on each, so anyone can see exactly where the money goes.
How a figure gets here
- An entry is recorded with its date, amount and campaign.
- Every figure on this site is calculated from those entries. Nothing is typed twice.
- A disbursement is marked RECEIPT only when a document has been received and matched to that exact payment and amount.
- Automatic checks run before anything is published. If a figure does not reconcile, nothing is published and the last published version stays.
- Published entries are never edited or deleted. A correction is a new entry, and the original stays visible.

When we publish something unfavorable
Where this site records something unfavorable about a named organization, that organization is told first, in writing, and has seven days to reply before it is published. Replies are published unedited, in the language they were written in.
